Questions
Online consultation: frequently asked questions
Is the online consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation, your treatment plan and your quote are free, and you are under no obligation to book a treatment.
What do I need for the video call?
A phone or computer with a camera and an internet connection. We usually talk on WhatsApp video. If you prefer another way, tell us in your message.
Do I need X-rays?
No. Clear photos of your teeth are enough for a first assessment. If you already have a panoramic X-ray or a CT scan, send it too, because it shows the dentist much more.
When will the call take place?
You tell us which day and time of day suit you, in your own time zone. Our team then contacts you to agree the exact time.
Does a video call replace an examination at the clinic?
No. It is a first assessment. Your dentist confirms the final plan at the clinic, after examining you. If you have severe pain, swelling or bleeding, please see a dentist or an emergency service near you straight away.
